• Honorary President of the Federation is Grand Master Shigeru OYAMA 10^th dan – creator of Oyama Karate style.
• Chairman of the Board and Director of OYAMA IKF is Hanshi Jan Dyduch 8^th dan, that according to the statute represents the Federation and is responsible for its development.
• The Directors form the executive body of the Board.
• All the directors work socially.
