The training guidebook ADVANCED KATA

   Shihan Jan Dyduch 7^th dan prepared guidebook, OYAMA IKF titled "Advanced Kata", for those with longer training period. The guidebook includes schemas of: Shotei, Kai Ha, Seienchin, Kanku Dai and Gojushiho. All kata interpreted by Grand Master Shigeru Oyama 10^th dan. Guidebook is published in Polish and English version.

   The free cost handbook is composed for instructors, branch chiefs and country representatives of OYAMA IKF. The guidebook is essential for training the karate students.
